ABOUT
About Me:
I am Dr. Natalie Fabert, a licensed psychologist with a private practice in the "Old Town" district of Scottsdale. I am also a full-time lecturer at a local university where I teach courses on topics such as social psychology, clinical psychology, educational psychology, "cults" and group psychology, the treatment of addiction, and psychopathology. In my private practice, I provide confidential individual therapy services for adults 18 years of age and older who are experiencing general mental health concerns. These concerns are often related to depression, anxiety, stress, health issues, relational issues, grief, professional or personal life transitions, trauma, and/or abuse. I integrate a variety of evidence-based techniques in my practice, and create treatment plans around the individual needs and goals of my clients. Examples of these techniques include Common Factors Therapy, grief therapy techniques, EMDR, narrative therapy, and third-wave cognitive-behavioral approaches. My ultimate goal is to help clients grow closer to reaching a harmonious and authentic state within themselves and with those around them.
